Terms and Conditions of Use — 881p Platform

By accessing, browsing, or using the 881p — whether through the website www.881p.net, the mobile app (Android or iOS), or any other digital channel made available by the company — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately and must not create or maintain an active account with 881p. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms is posted constitutes tacit acceptance of the new conditions.

These terms supplement and should be read together with the Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling of 881p, which form an integral part of this agreement.

To create an account and use the services of 881p, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

The minimum deposit at 881p is R$ 10.00 (ten BRL). There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though transactions above a certain amount may trigger additional identity verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

• Fixed odds: the odds shown on the bet slip are guaranteed at the time the bet is confirmed. The 881p does not alter odds after a bet is confirmed, except in cases of a clear pricing error.
• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 (one BRL) per ticket.
• Cancelled events: if an event is canceled or not played within the expected timeframe (generally 48 hours from the original scheduled time), the bet is voided and the amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Live betting: the 881p reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets at critical moments in a match (goal, red card, penalty) to recalculate odds. Bets confirmed before the suspension are honored.

User-initiated closure: any user may request the voluntary closure of their account on the 881p at any time, via live chat or by emailing suporte@881p.net. Once the request is submitted, the support team will process it within up to 5 business days. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between versions in different languages, the Brazilian Portuguese version shall always prevail.

The parties elect the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, as the competent jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these terms or from use of the platform. 881p, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

The 881p operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian law, including but not limited to the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the specific regulations governing the betting and digital entertainment sector in Brazil.
